| Purchasers should select products carefully as the right to return items is limited.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to satisfy themselves that the dimensions of the product being bought (as per manufactures specs.) are appropriate for placing that item within the home in the cavity or space provided. Also, that the item will fit through all doorways and hallways etc. when accessing and moving the item within the home. The failure by the purchaser to clarify these situations shall not give them the right to return the item.
If a product is delivered and subsequently found to be incorrectly packaged or labeled by the manufacturer or is not as ordered, the purchaser must contact MAD by email or phone 1300 711 134 within 24 hours of signing for the item. MAD will then contact the purchaser and make arrangements for a ‘second-delivery’ of the goods to be made as originally ordered and give authorization for the return of the initial delivery. The return must be made available for collection at the time of the second delivery.
Should it be necessary to refund money to the purchaser for any reason, it shall be done using the same method as was used for the initial purchase.
